These are kids whose parents kneeled to their every demand. #Berkleybrats. They accompany their children to job interviews and seriously retard the healthy maturation. That’s what happens when you institutionalie generations of children, erasing their God given uniqueness. /rant.
We need to start recruiting conservative kids to quietly start taking jobs as teachers and media types in order to try and gain a foothold in these institutions. Otherwise we’re toast.
Add "Universal Basic Income" and these students -- freed from the constraints of work -- will continue to protest in the streets into their 30s and 40s, promoting the fake "revolution" of the globalists.
This is a good subject to make a documentary about, I think it would really shock people just how far down the rabbit hole education has gone in this country.
What? Why would you put yourself through that? Or are you going there just to confront them? No way could I sit through that before flipping out and calling it utter BS. I saw a video of a teacher going through that crap, white privilege and all that and I just cannot fathom how anyone can take it seriously especially the racist garbage I went through growing up in New York city and trying to get a government job in the 1980s and being passed up because I wasn’t back or told to my face by the 1199 Hospital workers union that I would never get into the union because I was white. White privilege my ASS. I will bet anybody any amount of money if they took two high school students with the same grades, who went to the same high school in the same town and had each of them apply to Ivy league schools like Harvard, Yale, Sanford, the black student would be accepted over the white one every single time, every single time.
It is not an option. However, I cannot sit for very long, bad knees, I cannot stand for very long, back back so I will excuse myself through out the 2 hour meeting. I will be standing in the back near the door!
The good news, is they are rapidly destroying any credibility these so called learning centers might have.

Out of curiosity, has there been any real backlash against the universities? Meaning parents starting to refuse to send their kids to college. It’s becoming less and less of a good investment these days.
They cant indoctrinate if they cant enroll....

The only noted backlash was seen with Mizzou in the fall semester of last year...where the incoming crowd fell by 35-percent for fall/2015 and fall/2016. Word is that they expect a 14-percent decrease over the normal rate for freshmen for fall/2017.
If you look at what’s said by parents up in the Missouri region...there are 13 public colleges in the state. You have no reason to attend Mizzou. I imagine that a number of parents just weighed the atmosphere and told the kid that they weren’t going to pay $90,000 for some protest-theme university.
I will say this. If Mizzou doesn’t repair its situation, I could see a quarter of the staff gone in four years. Others might want to look at how fast things went and how difficult it is to rebuild your character. What idiot would be paying out huge sums of money for a worthless degree?

My community college is chock full of sensitivity training and indoctrination sessions as well - and it funds a growing number of “special” programs to help black and Hispanic students to succeed in school and close the gap in scores between whites/Asians and other groups.
They never stop to think that perhaps blame here lies with the Welfare State and its destructive break up of the nuclear family as the main cause and source of these academic outcomes....

I retired from Economics teaching full time this summer, but will teach 3 classes part time (instead of the usual 6 classes), starting this fall. I have proudly red-pilled many students about the glories and morality of U.S. capitalism and I intend to continue doing so, sans the heavy-handed, opening day “lectures” from morons. I refuse to attend any more of these insulting “workshops.” Good grief.

Well in a technical sense, no but in reality yes.
We have an all day workshop tomorrow. From 0900 to 1400 we will discuss Outcomes Assessments, from 1400 to 1600 Diversity (Privilege). Classes begin on Tuesday so no actual class time has been taken away. However, I could have better used the time to prepare better lectures, quizzes, and so forth.
Makes my blood boil...
