Trump’s Job Approval Rises To Highest Level In Four Months

YouGov, Rasmussen, and NBC all put him at 43 percent now and Monmouth has him just six points underwater at 42/48.

What’s driving it? A good job by him and the feds on handling hurricanes, almost certainly

Sixty-four percent told CNN that they approve of how the administration has handled the recent storms, including 66 percent of independents. Democrats were split evenly at 44 percent, which is all but unheard of on anything Trump-related. Morning Consult has also picked up an uptick among indies

Wisely, he’s going to try to keep the good nonpartisan vibes going by visiting Puerto Rico soon to see the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.

hahahah. Rand Paul can’t get ANY of his ideas to pass. Rand Paul thinks he can write a bill to say “follow the constitution” and it will be so. Rand Paul does not know how to work with what currently exists. Congress has spent 50 years destroying the constitution and Rand Paul think he’s going to write one bill to fix it and if the bill doesn’t fix the 50 years of junk then he’s against it. That will not work, it has not worked. Rand Paul has had 7 years to get his colleagues to agree with his approach and that has not worked. This is not swamp rhetoric. These are the facts and they are not disputable. I’m sure in his head he’s doing the right thing but just like Single payer support didn’t happen in one bill (they’ve been pushing for it since Reagan years) neither will support for Rand Paul’s ideas get support just because he is able to say no to every idea. Incremental steps. Just because a bill passes today doesn’t mean you can’t introduce another one tomorrow. Rand Paul has no clue.

Prediction: Obamacare replace and tax reform pass. Economy stays strong. Trump approval goes north of 50%. 2018 elections: Senate GOP gains 2 -3 seats and House remains firmly red. 2 more SCOTUS appointments by 2020. Multiple media anchors cry on TV

And throw in a couple of great Supreme Court judges

But the kicker is Trump's energy policy

USA becomes dominant in coal, oil, natural gas and raw materials for the chemical industries.

Not to mention a GDP north of 3%

We’ve been trying alleged “incremental steps” since the GOPe took over Congress, and in most cases, they have turned out to be big steps in the direction of more statism and socialism. You people own those results, not us “purists”.

Trump can do certain things right now with any approval from Congress. For example, troops on the southern border. Where are they? Also, health insurance competition across State lines, which could greatly lower premiums. Well?

You must support Luther Strange for Senate. After all, if elected, Roy Moore will be lining up with Rand Paul on many issues.

Can someone explain to me why hurricanes have become so important politically? They either sink (Bush), or rescue (Obama) or resuscitate (Trump) an administration? Was it always this important?

The response to natural disasters did not used to be a proper federal responsibility, and a poll asking about a president’s ‘response’ would have been dismissed as nonsensical.

They say it's up only so they can claim it's going down the next time.

We know their “adjustments” skewed their election “polls” by more than 10%.

Therefore, to get a true number, always add 10% to every fake poll they try to “push”..

‘Paul can’t get ANY of his ideas to pass.’

Not the point. When Rand Paul saddles us with Obamacare forever (but not himself, as he and his family are exempt) he will have remained pure. That is the point.

Somehow, seeing that the poll was taken/reported by CNN, I suspect the CNN numbers are a bit under what is really happening.

Honestly, we can not believe any polls or news that comes from CNN, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS. It really is shameful to say the least.

President Trump calls it Fake News and it really is Fake News from the MSM.

We also have Fake Polls from the MSM so this one is from CNN and it probably is not worth the paper it is written on.

Personally, Journalism is dead in this country! I do not like writing this little fact but it seems so true.

My initial response was being kind to the media but as you will note, I did suggest a phony poll count. I have never believed in polls since they can be skewed into getting the results you want, depending on how you state and arrange the questions. Learned that long ago in both high school and college journalism classes. (”Tell them what you want them to hear”, meaning forget about the real facts)

Impossible. They don’t show any of his good hurricane work on the MSM, so how can people know that it happened. Don’t they know that he’s secretly causing the hurricanes?/s
