Somehow, seeing that the poll was taken/reported by CNN, I suspect the CNN numbers are a bit under what is really happening.

Any poll that claims to measure the percentage of people that approve of Donald Trump and which includes the opinions of Democrats in its final results is a seriously flawed poll.
