Always remember the rule of information dissemination from the left:

It took me years to realize that the caffeine was making me pee almost continuously...not the liquid volume. Now have switched to Diet Coke with No Caffeine and pee about normally now. Much easier to go on car trips or even make it through a church service.

I hope this is untrue. Diet Coke is VERY unhealthy. It contains a huge amount of Sucralose (”Splenda”), which is a neurotoxin and wreaks havoc with the pancreas as well.

Coke from Mexico is real sugar as well, used to drink two 16oz cold ones at lunch in Juarez most days. It was beet sugar but just as good as cane.
