Nolte: Hillary’s ‘Sure’ Victory Also Explains Media Lies About Obama’s Trump Surveillance
breitbart ^ | JOHN NOLTE

Victor Davis Hanson, one of the few remaining bright spots at the increasingly priggish and self-regarding National Review, has written another dynamite piece, one that perfectly explains the unethical (and possibly criminal) behavior currently being uncovered within the Obama administration, the 2016 Clinton campaign, the FBI, and Justice Department. “[I]f we’d seen a Hillary Clinton victory in November 2016, which was supposed to be a sure thing, there would now be no scandals at all,” Hanson writes. He explains, “That is, the current players probably broke laws and committed ethical violations not just because they were assured there would be no consequences but also because they thought they’d be rewarded [by President Hillary] for their laxity.”

The “currently players” include former attorney general Loretta Lynch (that secret tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton), former FBI director James Comey, his now-disgraced deputy director Andrew McCabe, infamous FBI-sexter-texters Lisa Page and Peter Stzok; political players Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz — who dissembled, fabricated, and appear to have destroyed evidence. Even Barack Obama, who used an alias to communicate with Hillary through her secret email server and then told us he knew nothing about it.

I thank God that Trump is President of the United States of America.
The United States as a Nation is ensured at least 3 more years of life.
... hopefully 7 more when Trump wins re-election in 2020.

The people who own and control the media as well as the people familiar from being in front of the cameras would have been for Joseph Schitte the rag man if they had been told to be since they well knew they were all constantly under surveillance right along with the enemies of the democrat fascist machine.

That's why you can be sure all the noise about "casting couches" out of Hollywood is nothing but an attempt to get Trump and the failure of Mueller to get anywhere out of people's minds. They chose Harvey as the one to take down because there were people gunning for him after he stomped them, not because he was the most egregious example of perversion and sexual abuse in Hollywood. Not by a long shot.

What the Hell, you think Hillary wanted 600 FBI files the first few weeks after Bill was in office just to see who donated to her political enemies? No, she was anxious to see who she could apply the old truism, "you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar" to through her experienced perversion specialists and then have as allies.

Half the "big names" in media know that if they don't roll over like good dogs when they're commanded to they'll not only lose access to their favorite perversion, their love of that perversion will be made public and lead to their "suicide" What we've seen so far in the way of corruption and illegal behavior in the part of the FBI is just scratching the surface of what Hoover built the FBI.

attorney general Loretta Lynch (that secret tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton)

The most overlooked and egregious conflict of interest that it should have been assigned a special prosecutor on day 1. Somebody tipped someone off on that meeting. It even could have been Lynch herself to avoid having to have the final decision on Hillary or it could have been Bill Clinton up to no good. One thing is for sure, there is a message that needed to be conveyed that couldn't be put to paper or entrusted in somebody else.

the Deep State’s most reliable co-conspirators — a compliant media.

They are NOT a compliant media, they are in fact co-conspirators as stated and they should be treated as such in every way. JAIL THEM ALL.

Perhaps our believing POTUS TRUMP deserves a year marked ‘do-over’ A la Tanya Harding due to the fact he had to battle his way into office the first year IN OFFICE. The man deserves to use every single year entitled him. What if all is not done when the clock ticks its final second. That missing year might be the reason we have failed to truly MAGA

The usually solid VDH lays an egg.

What public evidence already declassified tells us that Hillary's "inevitable" coronation was a sideshow, even if an important one, but the FBI's misbehavior in late 2016 is only the tip of the iceberg, and even Donald Trump was not the only person affected.

I wrote this yesterday on another thread. It is all open source, it has nothing to do with rumor or speculation about what's in the upcoming IG report, or even the impending memo:

If you go back and read the 99 page memo from the ODNI on the FISA Court (FISC) finding that was declassified in March 2017 and testified about publicly by Mike Rogers and DNI Coates, there are two tidbits that are going to make things very uncomfortable for Zero, who appears to have been fully engaged. [in illegal activity]

1) Rogers' compliance officer at NSA reported to the FISC in October 2016 that there were very high levels of queries concerning Americans against the NSA database via so-called "about queries" throughout 2015 and 2016.

The NSA reported to the FISC that as many as 85% of queries made against Americans during this time were "improper" (read: illegal.)

Why illegal? Well after reporting the queries to FISC, Rogers and his compliance officer asked the FISC to shutdown the program, until NSA could come up with a way of blocking further improprieties, and the FISC concurred. FISC would not have been willing to do that if these queries were simply "mistakes" or "overreaches."

Think what that means: a Federal Court at the Appeals level whose members are appointed directly by the Chief Justice of the United States found abuses so egregious coming from Justice Dept and NSC that they actually ordered their access to NSA material shutdown in October, 2016.

This is all public, declassified material, and it's bad enough. But here is also a tantalizing rumor: Nunes memo is believed to contain references to 0bama's PDB. In other words, the pResident was briefed daily on these illegal accesses.

2) Also in open source, not my imagination or rumors: In the declassified FISC finding, we discover that after learning of the illegal accesses in 2015-2016 NSA went further back, and discovered that the level of activity for the period going all the way back to 2012 was roughly the same. From these two points, two conclusions: 1) DOJ/FBI/NSC/WH will not be able to claim "we did this because: Russia." The illegalities almost certainly mean 0bama was not just spying on Trump, but on ALL of the Republicans. And, even if the target was Trump alone, FBI had no Russia investigation going in 2015. 2) Because the level of activity was actually discovered to be the same from 2012-2016, it is a near certainty that 0bama was spying on Romney during his presidential run as well.

Those time periods encompass large changes in WH personnel, but the continuity of the "improper about queries" spans the period before Zero's second term.

Will he be an "unindicted co-conspirator?" We have some grounds for hope.

No.

First, because we know how it happened, and second, because at that point the decision about not prosecuting Hillary had already been made and was known throughout the highest levels of the DOJ and the FBI. The exoneration documents were already written.

The meeting was discovered by a local Fox Network affiliate (not FNC, but Fox) who made inquiries to local police about security details, and discovered it was two big shots, so they took a film crew out to cover the supposedly secret event.

Email and text exchanges already made public contain discussions by top tier FBI officials about how they need to "deal with this local guy" (the LEO) "ruin his life," and "make sure he can't even get a job as a dog catcher."

That's our FBI, talking that way about a local cop, whose sole fault was giving reporters information about an ex parte meeting between two corrupt, public officials.
