What argument could possibly be given against the question of citizenship?
I believe the bigger issue is representation.
I don’t believe that a suit could be successful, when the FOREMOST purpose of the Census is to determine levels of representation in the Federal Government.
This question has a critical and major bearing on that very question, how much representation should a state get in Washington.
If the decision has been made already at some level that representation should include people who are not actual citizens, then the lawsuit will succeed.
If not, it will fail. And, I believe, our country with it.

Ah. That answers my question. However, because he is advising California on legal matters, it is time for Judicial Watch to sue Holder for practicing law without a license.

The purpose is now to make you THINK it's a count of citizens. So far, so good.
The illegals are not allowed to vote. If they are allowed to be counted for the purpose of representation, that would mean the legal citizen’s vote in that district is weighted heavier then a single vote. ie. If there are 25 illegals and 75 citizens in a district, the district would represent 100 people. But only 75 can vote, that means each legal vote counts for 1.33 people. How is that fair if my vote only counts for 1? What happened to one man, one vote?
It’s a national census. Holder can file his suit in any jurisdiction where he’s licensed to practice law, or in the jurisdiction where he lives if he chooses to proceed pro se. You can bet other AGs will jump on board this bandwagon.
Let the state and Brown personally pony up for the victims. :)
