After seeing a different picture of her I understand why just a head shot. Think Roz from Monsters Inc after a 4 day bender at Golden Corral. The university doesn't need to fire her, soon she'll be one of those folks that has to call the fire department to get out her house.
I bet she is already planning in being the keynote speaker at the 2020 dim convention, right after that fascist Hogg.
