ESPN likely wanted to get rid of her sooner but they didn't want to be seen as attacking a woman of color who was 'speaking truth to power' about Trump.
Now that the controversy died down it's safe to get rid of her.

These people keep crying wolf and soon no one will pay attention. Personally, I believe that point is long past. I wonder what evidence she has of white supremacy?
