We could save a lot of money by just shutting down the executive branch and letting the 0bama-Clinton judges run the country.
Actually, the enumerators start getting hired in March.
This absolutely must be appealed. Insane how judges can intrude into every aspects of our lives, including school budgets, parents checking on their children’s Internet activity, etc. etc.
The problem with simply asking how many is that there are 20 plus million foreign nationals living in our country unlawfully who then get federal representation in our House of Representatives.
One way to fight it is to go back and look at the circumstances under which the question was dropped.
I bet that wasn't done properly either, at the time, so the only right thing to do is to restore the question.
Ask for a stay while resubmitted via court-approved procedure. Tired that admin repeats this cycle over and over.
They have largely succeeded.

The issue is not about the question, it is about the answer. Once answered (Citizen...non-Citizen), it would revealed how many non-Citizens are in each Congressional District. The answer would also reveal how many Citizens are in each district.
Imagine the reaction, if the answers reveal that more registered voters, than citizens reside in a Congressional District.
It would also reveal how much of an influence non-Citizens have over the actions of their Congress Critters.

U.S. District Judge Jesse Furman said Tuesday that while such a question would be constitutional, U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross had added it arbitrarily and not followed proper procedure.
The judge is unfit for the bench, iow. The purpose of the census is to assign representation in the House of Representatives, and is REQUIRED. Obama's REMOVAL was UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
The only thing “arbitrary” is the ruling of this judge.

Which is why we must be hell bent on destroying them ... politically, financially, culturally, and biologically - as in “terminating with extreme prejudice.”
