KSWO meteorologist Mandy Bailey has been fired over her Monday morning brain teaser that some, including her station, found to be racist and offensive.
Bailey wrote out the word “THERE” on a white board with a noose hanging from the “T.” The correct answer to the puzzle was, “Hang In There.” But that teaser was too much for some viewers, who complained it was racist....

This is silly. She probably should have chosen another word, but she should not have lost her job over it.
Whatever happened to counseling the offending employee first, then giving them time to show progress.
I guess nobody plays the chalkboard game Hangman anymore either. Nor dare they even suggest playing it.

The purpose of this crap is to beat Whitey into a quivering mass of jelly, knowing that he can lose his job at any moment for what someone else deems racist.
It works. There is no recourse. You’re White you’re racist, automatically. If they ask you what you have to say it’s to find something to impale you on. You have no defense. You are expected to thank your torturers for not killing you outright.
