President Donald Trump is planning on using the Insurrection Act to remove illegal immigrants from the United States, The Daily Caller has learned.
According to multiple senior administration officials, the president intends to invoke the “tremendous powers” of the act to remove illegal immigrants from the country.
“We’re doing the Insurrection Act,” one official said.
Under the Insurrection Act of 1807, the president has the authority to use the National Guard and military in order to combat “unlawful obstruction or rebellion” within U.S. borders. The act was last invoked in 1992 by George H.W. Bush to quell the Los Angeles riots, and was also used by Eisenhower in 1957 to enforce school desegregation in the south.
An official expressed concerns that Trump’s use of the act’s powers would face legal challenges, pointing to the lawsuits against the president’s travel ban from majority-Muslim countries. However, as the official noted, the travel ban ultimately prevailed in the Supreme Court.
In addition to the Insurrection Act, the president is also considering declaring the country full and insisting that the U.S. can no longer handle the massive influx of illegal immigrants. 2019 is currently on pace to reach the highest levels of illegal immigration in a decade.
“If you take a ship and it holds 1,000 people maximum — one more person and the ship is going to collapse,” the official explained. “The country is full.”
“Our hospitals are full, our detention centers are full,” they added.

Good points. All should beware, a rushed investigation into this criminal sedition would not be wise. Move slow, methodically and examining every detail then strike. The last thing needed is botched investigations due to rushing it.
After all, that’s what deep state did when they conspired to undermine, compromise and overthrow Trump. In my opinion, they got really sloppy, thinking Trump would never win anyway. And when he got close to the win, and then won, they panicked and became even more reckless and sloppy.
This could be the spark for CW2.

When the Presidents gave in to them, they took it.
I believe this is the first time thousands of illegal entrants to the country were unceremoniously shipped to another state without notification or permission. They chose Denver, thinking it was liberal enough to take part of the overflow.

As we're aware, it's not just Trump who's been surrounded by political posers, backstabbers, trolls, the disgruntled because their guy lost, those motivated by bad intentions, and those masquerading as America first patriots. They're all over the place, but their numbers are dwindling and will continue to do so from my perspective.
That would be “unlawful obstruction" under the Insurrection Act.
The original wording of the Act required the conditions as worded in Paragraph (2), above, to be met as the result of
insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy
It was amended in 2007 but it does contain critical elements.
(2) A condition described in this paragraph is a condition that–
(A) so hinders the execution of the laws of a State or possession, as applicable, and of the United States within that State or possession, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State or possession are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or
(B) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.
A single judge declaring themselves above the President of the United States by issuing yet another injunction just might have a rude awakening.
