Doesn’t seem like a planned mass shooting. Someone probably got mad and returned with a firearm to take out that aggression. Media won’t give it much air time though if the shooter isn’t white.

According to this, cops were already on the scene before the shooting started.

Cops on the scene before the shooting, and STILL can’t get a straight story. Now a different firearm is blamed.
