The whistle blower law was enacted to protect ones job not ones identity
There is no such thing as second hand information. You either know what happened cause you witnessed it or you dont. Second hand is always a story and is not verified information. It’s just either retarded or corrupt to instigate the rule change. They obviously needed to do this to continue the impeachment of a real American. So Trump must be doing a good job keeping the political ideologues from getting first hand information now.
I look forward to reading about Ciaramella and pals for the next 5 days! I expect some of it will bring the Democrats to their knees. Have you all polished up your popcorn machines? Mines ready to go.
Get a grip, he is already outed! The news from behind aka MSN hasnt reported on him yet. We all know who it is already, CAUSE WE DO NOT FOLLOW THEMSN!
Can anyone help me with this question?
Does the whistleblower protection act include protecting the identity of the whistle blower?
Thanks for your reply.
Exactly. The article even states he was removed from the WH for being a source of leaks. Hes not trust worthy.
He left out Worked with Adam Shif
lol
You’re correct. It changes nothing; just more drama for the dims and msm.
From everything I’ve read and heard, he is not a whistleblower. Only the dems are calling him/her/it that after they changed the form.
He/her/it does not have first hand knowledge of anything. The transcript is the most reliable source.
I strongly suggest you and everyone read the transcript. It don’t take that long.
The Senate agreed to a House amendment on January 18, 2018 and the President signed the legislation, the FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017 (Public Law 115-118), into law on January 19, 2018.
During the reporting period, the Working Group addressed topics including whistleblower protections under the 2018 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) amendments, the new ICIG whistleblower website, and the use of alternative dispute resolution in whistleblower matters.

A year after his swearing in as the central inspector general for the 17-agency intelligence community, Michael Atkinson laid out details of how the ICs new Center for Protected Disclosures is functioning.
In the latest semiannual report covering the IGs work from October 2018 to March 2019, his newly assembled team described the centerwhich was announced in the semi-annual report released last fallas focusing on three functions:
this springs directive by ODNI Director James Clapper is what is hailed by Meyers boss, Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III, for implementing ground-breaking IC-wide policy that ensures security clearance decisions are protected from reprisal for intelligence community employees and contractors who make lawful disclosures.”
During their first hours controlling the House in the 116th Congress, Democrats on Jan. 3 and Jan. 4 pushed through an array of single-chamber rules changes that included creation of a long-sought Office of the Whistleblower Ombudsman.

I know hes not a whistleblower.
Thanks.
Im asking whether a person has the right of anonymity under the Whistleblower Protection Act.
Im pretty sure I already know the answer. Really, Im looking for informed corroboration.
Good grief. It will take most of the night to read this thing.
Lemme boil it down:
Just another swamp RAT hack.
Hey if he works at the CIA just ask him “are the whistleblower”.....
Looks like a Gay boy to me...

Is Chiaramella STILL working at the White House? Why doesnt one of the rare non-Leftists reporters ask Trump at his numerous press events?
AFAIK, absolutely not. He’s back at the CIA. Which raises the question, why would they want a leaker working for them?
