President Trump tweeted his wishes for a speedy recovery to talk radio king Rush Limbaugh Monday after the conservative talk pioneer ended his broadcast with an announcement saying he’d been diagnosed with “advanced lung cancer.”
“Many people do not know what a great guy & fantastic political talent the great Rush Limbaugh is. There is nobody like him. Looking for a speedy recovery for our friend!,” the president tweeted.
Limbaugh, 69, announced the news to his audience at the end of his broadcast, adding he hopes to return later this week after undergoing treatment.

That’s Love of country. With all his money he could be doing other things now.
Rush must get better. Our country desperately needs his voice in the mix. He is an incredibly unique individual, plain speaking, direct, great sense of humor, highly intelligent, and the best advocate for conservatism over a span of 30 years that we could ever wish for.
Rush, like Trump is a fighter, a quality that will serve him well now. He has the prayers and well wishes of millions of patriotic citizens who love him and our Country. Fight the good fight, Rush; we’re all in this together on your behalf.
Great point. I wish that service to others in pursuit of truth were contagious. Too many folks just like sitting around watching the price is right... or stolling the beach.

He is not scared or worried what the MSM will say, just well wishes for a fellow American.

Read about this here on FR yesterday about 3:15. Four of us on our shared balconies on a cruise ship were crying, and then we toasted, “To Rush”, at dinner. Then we prayed. Every time I woke up in the night I prayed for God’s will, hinting that a full recovery would be nice.
There is a blood test for prostate cancer. That is how mine was caught early. The Obama administration said that the PSA test was overused and caused needless anxiety. I’m glad my doctor was routinely checking. I don’t know if there are other cancers that tip off their activity with a blood test.

I think that Rush is Trump’s John the Baptist.
