She was born an Indian national from two Indian nationals, by accident of geography, she also got US citizenship, but she is not a natural born citizen.
Divided citizenship was PRECISELY what the founders were excluding when they chose the words natural born citizen.
The only way one is naturally a citizen is when it is impossible to be anything else, solely an American, born here of citizen parents.
Foreign nationals give birth to foreign nationals.
Citizen parents give borth to natural born citizens.
