As such, and in line with my prior post on a proper relative comparison of deaths across the world, below is today's update with April 5th totals for the US and other countries that started their round of golf on March 25. While the US' time series ends on Day 12 (which is April 5 - and is basis of the order, i.e., I sorted the data by Day 12 values), I am publishing other countries future totals/'golfer's scores' who are on hole 8 while we're at hole 4.
The US' ranking in this group of countries hasn't changed in the past few days. But the relative ranking of other countries is moving around; the 'hands-off' countries like Sweden and the Netherlands are rising in the ranks (which isn't a good thing). It's also worth noting the Spain AND the UK don't look good at all on this adjusted basis.
As I said previously, I'd prefer to be lower in this bodies-on-the-cart analysis, but for now it is what it is.

Pray for the sick and people hurting mentally, spiritually, and financially. And for Mrs. Kitner and Tom Dempsey.
What about South Korea?
Are those numbers for Andorra correct?
They have a small population to begin with, that is horrendous.
That is not exactly true. More accurate to say that 9600 Americans died a few days, weeks, or months before they were going to die anyway... Do you know about 8,000 Americans die every day? EVERY day? These 9600 are included in that number. Don't believe me? Go to your local morgue. Count the bodies. Ask the mortician how this compares to last year. OMG! What a surprise ! Same as last year. Hmmmm? Now ask yourself why this is so around the world. There is a huge difference between dying with a virus or by a virus.
