Does anyone know if it is possible to donate to Donald Trumps campaign, the Republican Party, Republican candidates or associated PACs anonymously? If I donate under a certain amount (e.g. $200) do I have to make all my info public? Do they check if it is fake info?
It is sad that we have to do this, but The Left has become so brutal, we are forced to do it.
Donations to Trump and the Republican Party would skyrocket if they allowed supporters to donate anonymously.
Only Demonrats can make such donations.
Yes, as cash, $50 or less.
Possible, yes.
But not legal.
Bag of cash?
Pay off their car/house/kids tuition?
Fund an abortion for the Mistress?
Pay the past due Vig?
Lots of ways you can help out your local politicians.
You’re scared of the left? You frightened to stand up to them. Come on man, become an American again and stop being afraid of the tyrants on the left. When did so many of us forget what it means to be an AMERICAN!
I’d have to check the rules to be sure but the last campaign I worked on (2010) we did not need to record personal information for cash donations of $25 or less. We DID need to keep records of the event at which the cash was raised.
Weren’t Hillary supporters doing it through prepaid visa cards and such?
$50 limit on anonymous contributions:
An anonymous contribution of cash is limited to $50. Any amount in excess of $50 must be promptly disposed of and may be used for any lawful purpose unrelated to any federal election, campaign or candidate.

I sometimes “forgot” to fill in all the info blanks...
aging memory, you see...
Yes, you can make them anonymously.
You’ll have to go through a “bundler” who makes the donation on your behalf.
Yeah, and the 0bama campaign actually turned off the credit card system verification that disallowed foreign donations, so that illegal foreign donors using such cards could do so.
I have an automatic $35 a month going to Trump, and have for... over a year now, I think.
If you’ll recall, donations to Barack Obama’s campaign were in record amounts under the limit for going public, under “Mickey Mouse” type pseudonyms.
Obama rose to power on prepaid debit cards.
Boxes and Boxes of them.
Now, I don’t know.
“Possible, yes.
But not legal.”
Best to stay silent when you don’t know the law
I suggest that you donate to a third party Trump campaign support organization that does not report their donations because they do not engage in direct electioneering communications.
Man up. Grow a pair. Use your real name.
The only thing that keeps me from donating is I dont want my name on a mailing list. I donated one time and Ill never do it again, Im still getting mail and phone calls.
I was thrown off by misreading the initial question. I mistakenly thought he wanted to donate over $200 at a time.
