Recently both President Trump pointed-out, and Rush Limbaugh has questioned; what a general mail-in ballot across America, and the resulting count delay, will mean.
I humbly resubmit an attempt to make better sense on this subject than I did in an earlier Post on FR.
If this disaster plays-out, the Constitution as Amended, and supplemented by the Succession Act of 1947, will make the Speaker of House "Acting President" until the mess can be sorted-out and Congress and the Senate seated to hold a Contingency Election. God help us that would be Nancy Pelosi.
Look it up.
Tune in to Rush on Monday; if ,prayerfully, he can make it. He said on Friday he has been inundated with questions on this matter and need to research it.
It's becoming clear the D-Rats are using the Pandemic to snowball a mail-in fiasco that can be delayed and manipulated until Trump must leave office on Inauguration Day 1/20/2021. We need to understand there WILL BE NO ELECTORS. If this happens Nancy will run the Country until elections for an incoming Congress and Senate can be counted and Certified, seated and then hold a Contingency Election. Anyone want to take a chance what Election results will look like if that happens?

Isn’t counting ballots after the election ballot harvesting?
There was a thread which pointed out that the Electoral College meets in December to elect the President. The Electors are chosen through state elections. If a state cannot determine which electors will participate, then that state loses out in the EC vote. I can see a state like NY just being confused by ballots and playing no part.
People worry that the House will meet in January and choose Nancy Pelosi but I’m not sure that’s likely.

This is fantasy. The United States does not have one presidential election but 51 elections which together determine the electoral college votes.
If state elections are not settled, then the states’ legislatures can choose the electors. The states run the elections and are responsible for selecting the electors of the electoral college.
If no candidate gets a majority of electoral votes then the selection for president goes to the House of Representatives where each states’ delegation gets one vote, and the VP is selected by the senate.
If we are going to mail in votes, why not just do away with Congress, and let us all make and vote on proposals ‘on-line’. Everything will just be a social media referendum. This is the natural evolution of the what the Democrats are pushing - and it will burn them just like the rest of us.
If ballots cannot be counted and election not certified, and an incoming Congress cannot be seated, neither can Nancy Pelosi who is not officially reelected and thus out of office, just like Trump

The Constitution clearly states that electors must be submitted by Dec. 13 (of this year).
Further, in Bush v. Gore the USSC upheld that firm date saying you can’t count past then, and if there were no electors “certified” by the state, they wouldn’t count.
To overturn both the Constitution and the USSC would be something I don’t think even Roberts would dare do. I honestly think a couple of the lib judges would be hesitant to do this, as they were in the 7-2 USSC decision in Bush v. Gore.
Finally, a court in the State of PA has already stated that ALL ballots in PA must be counted no later than three days after Nov. 3 (i.e., Nov. 6). So even, assuming, NY and CA and NJ were still “counting,” it won’t matter if the electoral college is decided anyway. They can have their electors not counted on Jan. 3.
Will she even be speaker if the election isn’t counted? I mean if the votes aren’t counted for the House yet how will she be the Speaker?
