If the Electoral College ties at 269 (vanity)
9/27/20

The House would decide via state delegations...the Republicans currently control 26 delegations to Democrats’ 22, with Pennsylvania tied and Michigan a 7-6 plurality for Democrats, with a 14th seat held by independent Justin Amash. Can you imagine the chaos on the legal challenges to *every single* House race?

This election won’t be that close. Trump will win bigly or lose bigly.

And if it looks like it will be a tie, the left will do everything to get electors to flip including killing the or kidnapping their children.

The House would choose the President, while the Senate would choose the Veep. Get this: A Trump-Harris administration. It’s possible if this election bounces to Congress.

And Justin Amash who is a Libertarian, is not running for relection. So a Republican elected there could tie up Michigan as well.

A 320-360 electoral blowout will make all these discussions a waste of energy.

And it will be a blowout. The democrats screwed the pooch this time, beyond the beyond. They will get destroyed even with attempted and failed voter fraud.

The Democrats have created an absolute mess of an election and want to have a useless tied Supreme court.

I have an idea!

Let’s think of as many outlandish things that can go wrong as possible and wring our hands in terror about them!

Trump will win, according to initial counts, but the Dems will demand recounts in enough states to swing the election, and will somehow find more and more “misplaced” mail-in ballots.

They won’t, though, have found enough to be declared winners in enough states to change the outcome before December 14th, so they’ll for suit to delay the electoral vote, and to prevent Republican-controlled state legislatures from approving a slate.

The result will be a number of states that don’t care their electoral votes. And it’s that that will throw the election to the House.

Outgoing house votes - not incoming house.

The House would choose Trump? The Democrats control the House.

It’s by state delegation. The Republicans control more states in the House.

The thing is, each state’s house delegation gets one collective vote to choose the President. So California, with 53 Congresscritters, still gets one vote, as does Maryland, with 10 critters.
