Probably legal, barring the terms and conditions of employment at UM. All employment except the military is a mutual contract.
I am surprised this has not been more widespread.
The National Labor Relations Board ruled that employer-mandated vaccines are legal but if there are resulting adverse events costs must be covered under workman’s compensation. (Sorry I forgot about the 57 different genders. I meant workperon’s compensation).
