Senate Republican Chair John Barrasso says he's determined to make President Biden a "one-half-term president."
The Wyoming Republican didn't mince words when speaking at a recent breakfast discussion with the Ripon Society.
"I'm looking forward to a very successful 2022. Mitch McConnell came under a lot of criticism for saying at one point he wanted to make sure that Barack Obama was a one-term president," Barrasso said. "I want to make Joe Biden a one-half-term president. And I want to do that by making sure they no longer have the House, Senate and White House."

Would have been better to not have assisted the Big Steal and kept Senile Joe out of the White House.
The first thing they need to do is to have Red state Governors ensure election integrity by making much needed reforms. Second, get great conservative candidates and help them fundraise. Third, do what you say.

This is the exact tactic and attitude used on Trump and similar patriots. Criminals need to have such discomfort BEFORE running for office.

As usual, Barrasso, who is my senator, is talking out of both sides of his mouth. Yes, if we take back the House or Senate or both in 2022, Biden will not have support from Congress for his (or his handlers) radical agenda. But that will not stop him from dictating through EOs what he wants. And, even with House and Senate, Republicans have shown they will not fight. As far as the last part of the statement about the WH, it makes no sense. Republicans will not take back the WH in 2022 as it is not up. And Barrasso did nothing to fight against the 2020 voter fraud. His responses to my e-mails were pathetic so in my opinion he is just blowing smoke trying to sound good when in fact he is spineless.

Barrasso isn’t spineless. He’s playing for the other team. I saw him on TV once around the time the stolen election was certified by the GOP Senate. He was pathetic beyond words. Never forget. Never forgive.
Yeah, take the House and Senate and show them how an impeachment is supposed to work.
The GOP want their precious Senate committee chairmanships back so they can get their fingers in the pork pies. Yeah, no thanks. Recall the GOP Senate greasing Obama’s Iran deal for their corporate donors like Boeing? That’s exactly what we could expect from a Quisling GOP Senate and Xiden admin.
