I interact with a South African woman on a infrequent basis. She is a middle-aged white woman. I worry about her.

I am not arguing for colonialism BUT under colonialism was the only time there was order and productivity in Africa.
When colonialism ended so did any semblance of progress and order. Everything quickly decayed.
