EXCLUSIVE: Former President Trump, teasing his plans for 2024, told Fox News that the country is "getting to a point where we really have no choice" but for him to run for president again.
In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, the former president was asked about his plans for a potential White House bid in 2024.

I read it as no, like all his other talk. He’s going to keep the idea alive until campaigning begins and then anoint a successor.
I think Trumps willing to run and wants to....but there are factors he’s also going to consider. His health for one...if something kicks in he’ll consider.

But as soon as he finished that sentence, the entire Democratic machine went into overdrive.
For the first time since Jan 2017, I fear for the man’s safety and that of his kids.

I’m not. Don’t underestimate his age and its effect on him over the next few years. I don’t think he has any intention of running.

I can’t predict Trump’s endorsement but I’ve predicted all the way that he won’t run. I’ve listened carefully to how Trump puts things from day one. He’s saying he’s not running.
I wish him success if he runs. The entire left will concentrate its anger and hate at him, as it has done since 2015, but he can take it. The media will hypocritically bring up his age, while they have kept quiet about biden’s age and dementia.
We must take back power from the democrat party. It’s not just another party. It’s the incarnation of everything that you and I detest.
The Left is going after DeSantis like crazy over this Covid thing. They hope to damage him as much as they damaged POTUS Trump before the 2024 Election takes place.
It is unfortunate that you may be right. No one else shares his understanding of the world political and economic situation.
There is no successor to anoint.
If Trump runs he will win again, the only question is will the precinct strategy be enough to over come our corrupt political system and the industrial scale voter fraud that was sanctioned by the DOJ. No one believes Joe Biden got 81 million legal votes. Not even Mittens. No one question 77 million Trump votes. I think DeSantis will make a solid VP, Trump will need to change his residency to another state before hand if he is going to consider DeSantis.
He lets them steal it again, then what?
There are legal consequences of saying yes I am a candidate.
For Newsome’s recall, when California Republicans go to the polls they are being told to their face that their votes were stolen, “You’ve already voted.” Even 2020 wasn’t so blatant.
Wanna bet this spreads to the rest of the country?

I think you are right. DeSantis is great but unproven on the world stage. I know Trump doesn’t care what the left says or thinks and has been an incredible suprise to all real conservatives. No conservative in their wildest dreams thought Trump was going to be the second coming of Reagan.
DeSantis as VEEP....screw that idea of appealing to moderate republicans. If they take out Trump or if he dies they have DeSantis to contend with. My only worry about DeSantis right now is he’s essentially an unknown and MAYBE he’s doing the politically expedient thing for Florida and he’ll pivot quickly if it stops being politically expedient.
