Conservative lobbyist and prominent Trump ally Roger Stone was apparently served with a lawsuit live on air during a radio interview Wednesday.
Stone appeared to have been served with the lawsuit while speaking on "Tomorrow’s News Today with Joe Hoft & Kell Brazil."
Stone was in the middle of weighing in on whether former President Trump should run for office again in 2024 when he interrupted himself saying, "Hold on a second, I have a process server at my front door about to serve me in the latest lawsuit."

I’m curious to know how the cops are going to prove their case. Are they going to have folks come in and testify that they they listened to a podcast or interview that Stone was on, heard him talking about voter fraud, and based on that they decided to show up at the Capitol and “riot”.
Nothing but a way to bleed Stone financially.
Interestingly, the case that he was pardoned for didn’t even have a victim. The “victim” that the DOJ put up as a witness stated, in court, that he didn’t think what Stone had said to him was a threat, took it as a joke and that was it. Yet, they jury still convicted him. Amazing.

Didn’t he say that someone from the government - either FBI or Secret Service - contacted him and offered to escort him into the capitol on 1/6? Fortunately he realized it was a trap and declined - so why are they after him now?
They have less on Roger Stone at the Jan. 6th protest than they did with the attempted frame job he was working with Assange and then Russia.
But they will never stop because Roger always pissed on them publicly ever step of the way.
They rigged a jury trial against him and that didn’t even work.
He should have bought a Humper Biden painting.
If Stone can be held liable for damages from the Capitol incursion, then we can hold Kamala Harris liable for all the damages from the riots last summer. After all, she said the riots wouldn’t stop “nor should they.”
The process is intended to be the punishment.

He was a Washington insider. He may know things that they don’t want him to be able to talk about. He’s a risk to whomever views him as a threat.
Kind of like when the mob takes somebody out and then somebody does a clean up job to ensure that nobody talks about the job.
