I think Massie is the only one in all of Congress concerned about spending at this point. He is consistent in his principles - definitely swims against the free spending tide.
Republicans are jerks for giving Dems this victory. They should have voted abstained (or not allow the vote) until all Dems agreed. Talk about throwing away a solid campaign issue.
