The leader of the Oath Keepers and two of the men captured on video urging people to enter or proceed into the U.S. Capitol on January 6 have been subpoenaed by the defense to testify in the government’s case against Kelly Meggs, an Oath Keeper accused of conspiring to storm the Capitol.
Stewart Rhodes, Ray Epps, and John Sullivan have been subpoenaed to testify at Meggs’ trial in a move defense attorney Jon Moseley told National File he believes will prove his client’s innocence, and will prove the entire prosecution to be politically motivated.

In this case, I think the defense tactic is that bringing agent provocateurs into the court....will hasten a lessening of charges for the client, and immediate release. Rhodes/Epps/Sullivan will not be required to attend in the end.
I will also suggest that this tactic will be used by all remaining ‘accused’, and the mess will be cleaned-up and ended in about three months.
The Oath-Keeper crowd, from beginning to end, was a agent provocateur creation. The FBI might not have been the driving force, and you might find various political lobby groups who managed this to derail the presidency.
Epps will just lie. He’ll say whatever the deep-state line is What’s going to stop him?
He’ll be living in the Ecuadorian Embassy in England before they ever let him testify

She's a Beryl Howell puppet [chief judge of DC StoogeDistrict Court at the time Meriweather was appointed].
Obamastooge Beryl Howell has it in for the Jan 6th protestors.
A magistrate judge is mostly a creature of the chief judge at the time of appointment, since the chief judge has the most say in the court vote on the magistrate judge.
I hope that Epps and his family have good life insurance and he is very cautious. This sounds like the kind of situation where he could suffer one of those crazy accidents and dies before he gets to testify.

I have not followed this closely. I joined oath keepers during the pbama reign of terror.
So, hundreds of buildings, businesses, homes, cars and other property gets occupied and burned to the ground for months with the dems cheering them on.
A few people come and put their feet on pelosis desk and drink her beer and its an insurrection.
I actuallt thought about going j6 with the freepwrs not the oath keepers.
They are afraid. Their grip on power is threatened. I think now is our time to double down. We ahould occupy gulag.

They did that for years with Stingrays. In the (relatively) rare cases where a defendant was able to hire a competent attorney, local governments often dropped charges rather than admit they captured cell phone calls with a Stingray, something they were told to never admit existed.
The Feds will just authorize their agent to commit perjury.
The FBI lets killers kill, (Whitey Bolger being an example), so you think they won’t permit a liar to lie under oath?
Receipts from the fbi. Pictures of him talking to fbi agents. Pictures of him in the process of tradecraft, like picking up from a dead drop.
All these things *could* expose the big lie.
Hopefully Epps was under well executed surveillance, by the defense, since soon after 1/6.
The key question is :
Is Epps willing to bet a prison sentence on his tradecraft skills?
Early on, I contacted Stewart directly to see about joining a group I was in to the OK. His response left me feeling like he was more mouth than action.
He has done nothing to convince me otherwise since then.
Correct me if I am wrong, but my current understanding is that Rhodes went off the reservation already in 2008 and hasn’t been the candidate for the most sensible person award since.
His thing was that Ron Paul actually won the 2008 Republican primary because of delegates something.
I don’t know how this Ron Paul delegates thing was even supposed to work. For historical knowledge I’d really appreciate it if someone would explain it to me.
