And how long will that last for? My wife works at a nursing home and doesn't plan on taking the jab. Is she supposed to stick an oversized chemical laden q-tip up her nose every week forever? They're still currently testing twice a week anyway but covid will be with us forever. Does the rule expire st some point?
How in the world do you come to this decision? So now if your place of employment receives federal monies your freedom of choice is reduced? What about all of congress? They are exempt.

This is what happens when government is involved in healthcare. Note to Republicans: Defund healthcare. It is a function of the private sector. This is just the template for what should be defunded. Even though the Supremes allowed the stay remain in place for OSHA, OSHA was used as a weapon to destroy America. OSHA should be eliminated with all of it regulations so it is never a weapon against freedom again.
I really don't give two shits about workplace safety. That is something to be negotiated between workers and employers. If you don't like it as a worker, find a new job.
Further proof that the Supreme Court is a joke. Either the mandate is unconstitutional or it is not. It can't be unconstitutional for some and constitutional for others.
