Nearly 10 years ago, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney scolded his future opponent for telling Russian President Dmitry Medvedev he'd have more "flexibility" toward the country after his election.
"This is to Russia, this is, without question, our number one geopolitical foe," he told CNN's Wolf Blitzer on March 26, 2012. "They fight every cause for the world’s worst actors. The idea that [President Barack Obama] has some more flexibility in mind for Russia is very, very troubling, indeed."
Pressed by Blitzer, Romney then said the "greatest threat" America faced was a nuclear-armed Iran. But the perceived damage was done.

Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney scolded his future opponent for telling Russian President Dmitry Medvedev he'd have more "flexibility" toward the country after his election... Pressed by Blitzer, Romney then said the "greatest threat" America faced was a nuclear-armed Iran. But the perceived damage was done.
There are a few takeaways from this. #1, Zero didn't and still doesn't and never has worked for us, he's allied with our enemies; #2, the media is suddenly trying to rehabilitate the Hairdo from Utah; and #3, everyone needs to remember that Romney is a sneaky rat who spouted some talking points but without any cognition or conviction.
Yep Russia has a historical Christian past, unlike China
Exactly!
I will say though, that Russia is playing a good supporting
role right now.
It is increasingly difficult given it is Romney involved in this example, but it is a powerful testament to the dishonesty and stupidity of the Democrats and the media. Romney was not only deadpanned for saying this, but mocked as a total clueless baffoon for even suggesting this. “The 1980s called and they want their foreign policy back.” Perhaps Biden should call up Putin and use that line on him and maybe he’ll back off...
America was bored when that exchange happened. Voters were willing to believe the most ‘interesting’ presenter. There you have it. Nobody remembers or cares about that exchange. The Kenyan served 2 terms-a success. You’ll never take that from him. Get on with your lives.
George W. Bush looked into his eyes and saw his soul.
He was wrong then and he’s wrong now. The greatest threat is the country who pulls the purse strings of America and other western powers....it shall not be named....China. Trump knows it and said as much. Nobody else DARES to go against their master.
