The fiasco with the Giants and that dude who was recently fired by Miami was an embarrassment for the NFL. The Giants knew who they wanted as their new head coach but went through the motions of interviewing the other guy anyway — just to meet the terms of this stupid “Rooney Rule.”

Maybe the NFL ought to start a 'minority coaching school' so that minorities can be taught how to become good enough at coaching that they dont' need a 'hand-out' like welfare for coaching jobs.

I believe teams are presently seeking the best coaches regardless of race, etc.

Black/minority coaches ought to become good enough at coaching so that they will be sought after just as the best Black players are presently.
