In 2018, men who have sexual relations with other men (MSM) accounted for 69% of all new HIV diagnoses in the United States and 6 dependent areas. Young gay and bisexual men accounted for 83% of all new HIV diagnoses in people aged 13 to 24 in 2018. 

Heterosexual men accounted for 7% of HIV diagnoses, and heterosexual women accounted for 16% of HIV diagnoses.

Also according to the CDC (chart), in 2017  male to male sexual contact was the mode of transmission in 93% of new HIV cases among male youth aged 13 to 24, and  MSM  accounted for 82% of diagnoses among males  and 70%  of all new HIV diagnoses, and 2 out of every 3 diagnoses in the United States.  Which is despite only representing approximately 4% of the male population). 

Although only approximately 7% of adult and adolescent males reported having had male-to-male sexual contact at some point in their lives, 82% of HIV infections among males in 2018 were attributed to male-to-male sexual contact. (CDC: Estimated HIV Incidence and Prevalence in the

There were 16,350 deaths in 2017 alone among adults and adolescents diagnosed with HIV in the United States and 6 dependent areas. [like as is usually the case with deaths attributed to the flu and COVID-19, deaths attributed to AIDS refers to killing indirectly].

In 2016 the rate of people living with HIV per 100,000 population was 368, with the death rate being 6. Male-to-male sexual contact made up  82.4% of HIV infections among males in 2017, while heterosexual contact made up 85.7% of HIV infections among females. The rate of Black males living with an HIV diagnosis is 5.6 times that of White males. The rate of Black females living with an HIV diagnosis is 17.6 times that of White females. The rate of Hispanic/Latino males living with an HIV diagnosis is 2.5 times that of White males. The rate of Hispanic/Latina females living with an HIV diagnosis is 4.2 times that of White females. The South has the highest number of people living with HIV, but if population size is taken into account, the Northeast has the highest rate of people living with HIV.

One of the diseases that is far more prevalent among MSM than other population groups is that of anal cancer, which is diagnosed in about 2 people out of every 100,000 people in the general population. In contrast, it is estimated that MSMs that are not infected with HIV are 20 times more likely to be diagnosed with anal cancer. HPV is present in approximately 65% of HIV negative MSMs and 95% of MSMs who are HIV positive. Anal cancer is caused by the same strains of HPV (Human Papillomavirus)  that cause cervical cancer in women. The Family Research Council had a great resource link on diseases from homosexuals.

One of the links had a reference on Gay Bowel Syndrome. The anal cavity simply wasn't designed for penetration. Even if you wipe a little too hard after using the john, you'd see blood.

There were stories on gay men who had to wear adult diapers. These were young men in their late 20s or early 30s, all of them had multiple partners.

The annal muscle is what’s known as a “round muscle”. Think of it as being like a rubber band, rather than a sheet stretching from one area to another. These muscles have a very specific design and function. They are meant to keep things closed.

On my compilation I have almost always used the CDC and secular sources for the data, though they can be hard to find, and often not very recent.

And the response to such findings implicitly reveals bias. Consider that if a consensual religious practice - lets say the Lord's supper - was shown to be responsible for 81% of new HIV cases aged 13 and older among men - - despite only representing approximately 4% of the male population - and 92% of new HIV among youth, and (historically) a greatly increased incidence of other infectious diseases and premature death, and despite decades of attempting to tame it into being "safe," then it would be treated as the plague.

God made man and women distinctively different yet uniquely compatible and complementary, and only joined them together in marriage - as the Lord Jesus Himself specified (Mt. 19:4–6) - and Scripture only condemns homosexual relations wherever they are manifestly dealt with.
