A man drove through a crowd gathered for a fundraising event Saturday, killing one person and injuring 17, before fatally attacking a woman in a neighboring borough, Pennsylvania authorities said.
The suspect, identified as Adrian Oswaldo Sura Reyes, 24, was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Doug Brewer on two open counts of Criminal Homicide, Pennsylvania State Police said in a news release early Sunday.

You place teacher in quotes. Not sure your intent, but yes, I am a teacher. The SpEd umbrella covers a lot of learning disabilities. We have the extreme short bus kids who have pretty limited futures to people like me — girls who had dyslexia at a time when only boys were thought to have it.
I managed to get two advanced degrees and am still considering law school.
Either way, these kids need help.
We’re not dummies, and a lot of the kids aren’t either — they just don’t learn well in a traditional classroom and might need a little extra help meeting their goals.
I’m also a conservative in education, and to tell you a secret there are TONS of us in ed. We just have to be in deep cover.
My students suss me out pretty quickly (when I’ve been in Gen Ed.) One actually said, “It’s what you DON’T say that clues us in.”
It’s because I keep my views to myself that clues the kids in.
It’s a dirty job, but someone has to do it. More of US need to get into Ed rather than complain about the liberal takeover.
That’s all great. Do you refer to the students as tards while in the classroom?
It probably comes down to a lack of impulse control.
