Just had an email from my private court source, who to date has never been wrong about either who nominees would be, what the outcomes of various cases would be, or even dates of confirmation (with one exception---he was off by 1 week when it came to Kavanaugh and the Balless Edsel last minute claims).
Here is what he said about Liz Clusterbomb Cheney. Read to the end. It's a hoot, and true.
"The GOP should make it clear that, if she runs for President, she will not have any vote for her recognized. And Merrick Garland can help them.
In 1996, Lyndon LaRouche sought the Democratic Party's nomination for the presidency. DNC chair Donald Fowler, pursuant to the authority vested in him by the party''s rules, instructed state parties to disregard any primary votes for LaRouche, who had qualified for primary ballots in quite a few states.
LaRouche wound up gaining two delegates, who were not recognized. LaRouche sued Fowler and lost. (The court didn't deal with LaRouche's claim under the Voting Rights Act, but this claim went nowhere when it was brought before a three-judge panel.)
Oh, and the decision was written by a judge you might have heard of: Merrick Garland!
That’s not necessary. She won’t get any votes anyway.
1) She’ll run as a I, not an R.
2) Her intention isn’t to win, but to keep Trump from winning.
3) She’ll fail.
Don’t count on the judiciary. It has failed us often
Yeah, she would run as an I. She won’t hurt Trump, as all she’ll get from the R side are folks who’d never vote for him anyway. If anything, her run might tend to hurt the dem candidate.

“ That’s not necessary. She won’t get any votes anyway.”
Cheney is Jeb Bush without the personality.
No one likes her, why are we even talking about her?
Actually, the judiciary has kicked ass in the last year.
You could read my daily “Today’s News” column at www.uncoverdc.com but
*One publication called the last USSC term “a term for the ages.”
*Fifth Circuit badly damaged administrative state in Jarkesy v. SEC; Supes nearly polished it off with W VA v EPA
*Bruen now is trickling down everywhere. Just today on FR there is a piece about an Oakland gun range they tried to zone out of existence & Sixth Circuit stopped it (Thank you Donald Trump)
*Louisiana had its last three abortion clinics leave due to Dobbs. Many states following.
*On numerous cases of civil rights, the Court was outstanding.
*Marines won a big vax case; United Airlines forced to ditch the vax; several more pending, virtually all of them likely to go the right way. Only in NY was there a loss about civil servants and the vax.
Many fantastic cases pending: Moore, which will undo the NC horrid st supe tyranny over the legislature; aff action which will be struck down.
Robert Barnes & RFK Jr. have a case that is advancing (has NOT gotten thrown out) on vax fraud that could blow the whole CDC wide open.
Yeah, we lost Alex Jones-—the moral of that story is don’t allow yourself to be governed in uber-liberal districts like Austin. (Barnes warned Jones to move out of the Austin jurisdiction before the case was ever brought).
So, actually, I do count on the judiciary. Right now it is leading over the other two branches of gubment.
Because the left controls the media and the media talks about her.
So swat her like a fly on dung.
No one likes her, why are we even talking about her? It's her or Hunter.
For all you get Hunter numbskulls please explain how life in America will change if we get Hunter but continue to ignore the real crimes of the criminal destroying America...His dad.
Hunter can't be the low-life criminal he is without his dad's help.
Cheney will have the same success as Jeb. She has a lot of baggage and the charisma of pocket lint.
Good riddance to bad rubbish, in Liz Cheney.
Dems might use her where she is useful for them (as a surrogate, to attack Republican candidates), but they will never accept her as as one of their own.
Maybe they will sponsor her as a spoiler Presidential candidate, to get her to throw some bombs in the Republican debates, and she can skim off some of the campaign funds as payoff - but she doesn’t have a snowball’s chance in Hell of getting nominated.
Republicans have already spoken on the issue, in her primary.
“Cheney is Jeb Bush without the personality.”
Is that even possible?
Like the massive Roe defeat for the Democrats?
She’s the MSM’s darling for the moment.
Whut?
If she is lucky that is. Jeb Bush had been a governor of Florida. Liz Cheney has been a nothing.
But it’s really not about that.
It’s to give Cheney — with collusion between the GOP elites and the media — a platform beyond her Congressional committee seat to continue the harassment of Trump, both in continuous press coverage and a spot on the debate stage.
