Representative Jamie Raskin (D-MD) said Sunday on MSNBC’s “Velshi” that the January 6 House Select Committee will show there is a “the continuing, clear and present danger posed by the political forces unleashed by Donald Trump.”
Anchor Ali Velshi asked, “Your next hearing might be the final hearing. You have described it as it may be the last investigative public hearing, where we will try to round out the factual narrative. Could you put any meat on those bones for us?”

The political force “unleashed” by Donald Trump was there all the time, just not quite as focused as it now is. If Congressman Raskin thinks this point of view should be somehow suppressed, he is issuing a tall order that may not ever be enforceable, as there is a LOT of pushback already built up.
Jamie Ben Raskin clearly does not under the concept of free speech, or the absolute DUTY of every elected official to defend to the death the right to that free speech
