Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that President Joe Biden’s remarks warning of “armageddon” amid nuclear threats from Russia were “right.”
At a fundraiser last week, Biden said, “We have not faced the prospect of armageddon since Kennedy and the Cuban Missile Crisis.”
Discussing Russian President Vladimir Putin, Biden added, “I know fairly well. He’s not joking when he talks about potential use of tactical nuclear weapons.”

A wartime president, or a president during a REAL crisis (not a fabricated one), gains popularity and gets increased ratings.
Therefore, the threat of nuclear war becomes the issue of the day, even if it’s not. And democrats hope to benefit from the phony threat in their midterm elections.
The real Armageddon of course is years away - the last part of this century IMO. It is actually the last event of Daniel’s70th Week AKA the seven-year tribulation.
By then what’s left of the world (most of what was the world will be gone by then) will have become so crazed and deluded that they actually think they can kill God. Lead by the satanic “beast” the whole world and its armies gathers in the Valley of Megiddo to meet Christ and his armies coming from Heaven (Christ’s second coming).
What happens next:

It appears that the effect of Christ’s sword will be like nuclear holocaust upon the armies of the world. Also it’s possible that the nuclear missiles aimed at Christ and his armies may very well be thrown back at them with the results as described.
I don’t believe we’ll see a nuclear war yet. I think the above will be the WWIII nuclear war between Satan’s minions and the Lord himself coming in a few years. If you are a believer do not fear. You’ll be among those with the Lord who’s got this. If you’re not a believer come to him now while there is still time.
And this twit is wholly in agreement with a global strategic response to a “maybe tactical use of nuclear by Russia.”

How soon after tactical nukes are used will we see strategic missiles hitting Russian and American cities? I would guess not too long after.
The funny thing about wars is they tend to have a momentum all their own. Diplomats are usually pushed aside once the fireworks start.

Joe Biden is NO John F. Kennedy, and lacks the necessary strength of will and discipline to “stay the course” in the face of rising resistance within his own caucus, let alone attract support from others who may not be in agreement with the rest of the program agenda. In the runup to the missile crisis, Kennedy had also had a spectacular fail earlier with the abortive Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba, which fell apart in the early hours. Castro’s attitude was only hardened from that point on.
Nuclear saber rattling is not new. It has been used quite effectively before. It’s a little less stressful if Eisenhower and Dulles are doing the rattling rather than President Vegetable though.
