You must be a Russian cubicle slave to post something that ridiculous. Nobody, not the Russians, not the LNR or DPR, or any international observers have ever claimed that "tens of thousands" were killed in the Donbass by any means whatsoever before Russia's latest invasion.
The war in the Donbass started in 2014 when Russia supplied artillery, troops, and weapons to the LNR and DPR separatists and annexed Crimea. The Russians "moved in then" and they haven't stopped attacking Ukraine since then.
Most of the people killed in that fighting were soldiers fighting on either side of the conflict. Many of them were killed by Russian artillery fire.
It must be getting really bad for Russia in Ukraine today if you propaganda posters are back to the old, totally debunked talking points.
Russia could level any city in wanted an kill millions. Ukraine has no air defense to stop it from doing so. That is hasn't is proof that Russian is, unlike Ukraine, minimizing civilian causalities, certainly more than we ever do in our shock and awe campaigns.
