the recount will happen as a matter of state election law. the concession just means that he doesn’t think the recount will change anything.

He conceded, you all are reading it as he called on her to concede, this is not the case he called her and conceded, from my reading of the article.

I think this is what it means: I just heard, Adam Frisch called Lauren Boebert to concede the race TO HER, avoiding a recount.
Others seem to be interpreting it as telling her to concede.

I believe there will still be a recount and if he comes out ahead and wins regardless of the concession. But I think he learned that since the House is out of reach, the Dems are not going to invest resources in stealing this seat during the Recount.
