The author is sloppy with the facts and inaccurate with the premise. Bannon was prosecuted for contempt of Congress, railroaded into a guilty verdict by a biased judge and a biased jury.
As for Fauci, the author has a better chance of seeing Fauci winning a gold medal in women's gymnastics than being prosecuted for lying to congress, and the author should know that.

An easy an fundamental mistake. You see, Trump believed in an America that doesn’t exist. He believed, and probably still does, that the Press was independent of the Federal Government. Twitter proves that the media works for the intelligence agencies, with taxpayer dollars, to spew forth whatever agenda the department of homeland security wants. Trump believed in a free press, a Constitutional Republic, but government itself and the DNC have wanted and provided a fascist police state.
The line is long on Dem criminals awaiting indictment many going back decades. So holding one’s breath is not an option.
