They will destroy a good trout stream in a blink.

There are some who run to the beaver ponds on trout streams since the brookies get big. But after a couple years, there aint any more fish. The ponds cover up the prime spawning sites with silt.

Oh my - I lived in that area for quite a long time, never noticed the Big Beaver exit on I-75 was exit 69!

Back in the late 60s, the I-69 and exit 69 signs were major theft targets. I know at one point MDOT welded some of them on.
