As Ron DeSantis prepares to enter the 2024 Republican primary, Nikki Haley released a campaign video that ridicules the Florida governor as a copycat of Donald Trump.
Haley’s campaign went after DeSantis on Tuesday after the news broke that he’ll announce his bid for the White House in an upcoming Twitter Spaces event with Elon Musk. The Haley team did so by releasing a three-page memo slamming DeSantis over his “petty political fights,” his “lack of basic people skills,” and declaring that he’s “like Trump, drama and all – but without any of the charm.”
Haley has made a point of slamming DeSantis for imitating Trump, but on Wednesday, she upped the intensity by making that the focus of her newest campaign add.
The video shows voters watching DeSantis on TV as he parrots Trump’s catchphrases, political stances, and physical mannerisms. After a side-by-side of DeSantis mirroring Trump’s hand gestures, the ad declares that “America deserves a choice, not an echo.”
The video takes on a brighter view from there by showing Haley speaking with voters and giving a speech on her vision for America’s future.

She thinks that is original, I bet.
However, she reveals her on true colors by saying that — she is in complete opposition to MAGA. MAGA is such a crude, racist, anti-globalist, anti-Hindu concept to her.
The surprise in this article is that Nikki Haley has enough money to produce a campaign commercial.
Haley is running for Trump’s VP.
And nikkki is stealing from Phyllis Schlafly with her use of “not an echo” but she probably doesn’t realize it.
America deserves a choice? What? Is she kidding?
She wants us to think Biden won an election?
She thinks the American voters are idiots

I see the GOP VP race is now underway. And of course I want to be considered. But I’m going to do something radical. I’m going to concentrate my attacks on Democrats.

If it was up to her we would have only a choice between Bush-Romney-McCain style candidates, definitely not Trump.
One expects most candidates for the GOP nom to agree on most issues. That is the nature of a political party.
And, the contest is not about who says them first, it's who understands the issues most deeply, deals with them most effectively, and conducts themselves most responsibly and presidentially.
Insults, btw, describe more about the person throwing them than they do about the intended recipient.
And Nikki, you are not the choice...
