Donald Trump “understood that he got power when he was elected, but didn’t understand that he had obligations,” presidential historian Timothy Naftali said Friday of Trump’s indictment for mishandling classified documents after leaving the White House.
“We live in a Constitutional democracy. Everybody, including the president, is bound by the Constitution and there are limits to their power,” Naftali, the former director of the Richard Nixon presidential library, told “CNN This Morning.

The DOJ refuses to identify the specific “classified” document that Trump is charged with “mishandling,” and has stated that it will never be identified.
They know they have no case. We know they have no case. They know we know they know they have no case.
What else they know is that if Donald John Trump becomes President again many of them will be indicted for actual documented crimes they have committed.
They will assassinate Trump or start first-strike false-flag nuclear war before they let that happen.

Yes it comes down to one thing. The President has the authority to declassify documents .... and did so, prior to leaving office. Thus, no crime. No crime then no conspiracy.
