Special counsel Jack Smith has reached agreements with at least two fake GOP electors to provide them limited immunity in exchange for testifying before a grand jury investigating efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, CNN reported Friday.
People familiar with the situation told the outlet that federal prosecutors have been trying to quickly confirm evidence on the record recently and have refused to grant extensions to subpoenas for testimony for some witnesses.
They also said Smith’s office was prepared to compel testimony from witnesses who were given immunity but indicated they would refuse to answer questions under their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.

If a Republican wins, “fake” Democrat electors are known as “the alternate slate.”
They are actually alternate electors, not fake. It is not illegal to send two teams of electors in the event of a disputed election Hawaii did it in 1960. This is how they use words to skew the thinking. ‘Insurrection’ is another example of this.
There were a whole bunch of states with Tillman electors, and Rutherford B. Hayes had to win every one of them to pull out the win. He did though. Certainly no Tillman electors went to jail.

There were alternate electors. You are in fact REQUIRED to have an alternate slate of electors in order to make an election challenge according to numerous federal court cases. The judge will throw your case out and claim you lack standing if you don’t have an alternate slate of electors ready to cast their votes. The term “fake electors” is a lie. Any media outlet that uses that term is simply lying to you.
Nothing. The “fake electors… aka alternates…. did nothing wrong. Alternate electors are part of the process. Another diversion from the haplessness that is the “case”.
Is he giving auditions like for a minor film role? “Let’s hear you say some slander against Trump and his fans. Let’s hear that hate, that emotion.”
