As ususal, Leftist hypocrites. Their homes, their factories and their sales outlets are on what was once indigenous lands. So, they should be giving those lands back to the indigenous and paying them for their use all these years. But of course, they won’t because, as with all Leftists, it only applies to others, not themselves.
Well, let's take Manhattan as a classic example. Yes, the Indians sold it to the Dutch for about $24 in beads.
But where did those Indians come into possession? Did they purchase it from other Indians? I don't think so. Were they the very first humans to ever set foot on Manhattan? I doubt it. I bet that the Indians who sold Manhattan to the Dutch actually fought other Indians and seized Manhattan from them. Stole it, in other words. So the island sold to the Dutch was just stolen property. We need to find the original owners and return Manhattan to them.
Victor Hanson points out that, throughout history, ancient civilizations were often completely wiped out and utterly erased by the victors. The women and children were hauled off as booty and slaves. The men were all killed. Entire cities were reduced to rubble. All history was obliterated and no evidence of that civilization was left.
The Native Americans should actually be thankful that the westward call of Manifest Destiny did not do that to them. It would have been a small step further to have completely wiped out all Indian societies rather than moving them to reservations. The Christian abolitionist movement influenced our treatment of the natives and, by the 1870s and 80s, the proposal to completely destroy the Indians was abandoned as an immoral evil.
The victors let the remnants of the Indian civilization continue, but that was far better than being completely erased and wiped off the face of the earth.
The Indians fought us and each other.
No land needs to be given back, unless Ben & Jerry want to buy it and bequeath it, themselves.

Ben and Jerry don’t own this land. Other people do, and they did not steal it. The supposed recipients have intermarried with Europeans, and have no semblance of a claim. Indian Nations are not representative of the people whom the land was originally stolen from. They are merely bureaucratic strangers to the original dispute.

Then they need to give up the land their plants are located on— that is, shut down and dismantle the plants and return these sites/acreages to the original “owners” indigenous who remain alive today.
