Fani says... Immunity won’t apply to election interference. She got the indictments ready to hand down at any moment regardless of what some PA judge says.

And I doubt Jack Smith will care what this judge says as well.

This article is a nothing burger. This opinion only applies to some nothing case in Pennsylvania.

Well, I’m not in the US, so they’ll have to either extradite me, or invade Israel.

LGB stole the election. The vote was fraudulent. Nyaaahnyaaah!

Shoot Coyotes! Don’t let them ferry invaders across the Rio Grande.

Nyaaaahnyaaaaah!

Uh ...

Am I allowed to “make statements creating doubt” about the validity of the 2020 Presidential election?

I believe the election was fraudulent in several States.

One of those States is Pennsylvania.

You must ask permission to question. Didn’t you learn that in elementary school? (That’s sarcasm by the way, but it also says something about your indoctrination to follow rules created by your government betters.)

Good point!

Censorship nor fascism wasn’t in place then.

And Gore actually lost Florida by more than 20,000 votes. Several news agencies pooled their resources to do a recount of 2000 as they thought is should be conducted. This was their conclusion and no great surprise because the initial results were close to that figure.

Gore's team cherry-picked a few friendly precincts and "recounted" only those. They wanted to continue this charade until the pulled ahead and declare the results final as soon as they did. This is why the managed recounts were halted and the total ended up being only a 537 vote difference. It was actually much more.

How about protected by the 1st Amendment?

Or is the judge saying everyone else who questioned the election, which amounts to probably at least 1/3 of the population, and who do not have presidential immunity, could be criminally liable?

“26% of America’s colonial population favored independence from Britain and King George. How come the 74% of loyalists...”

You’ve made the mistake of assuming everyone who wasn’t for independence was a loyalist. That’s a bad assumption to make.

The better assumption is that, just like today, there were probably 25-30% die hards on each side, and then the rest of the people in the middle were a bunch of cowards who didn’t want to pick a side until they could guess which side was going to win. Then they would pretend “I’ve always been for independence” afterwards.

I was trolling for that point. It is precisely where we are today. The deep state can be equated to the British army. Our elected representatives are hoping to keep the deep state in power. The 26% are the deplorables wanting liberty and freedom from tyrany. Most of the 74% are brain dead victims of public education and propaganda. They have no higher purpose than self.

I bet that ends up at the US Supreme Court quickly! I can just see liberal heads exploding all across the country, especially Democratic Party hacks who are also prosecuting attorneys.

I like the ruling.

Dems are among the biggest election deniers.

Democrats should have never been allowed to enter an election after The Battle of Athens.

I remember not long ago dims yelling about being “disenfranchised”! Maybe we ought to drag that word out and use it. Maybe they’d understand.

I don’t recall the Democrats needing approval from a judge to question the outcome of the 2016 election.

Yeah, I don't remember that happening either.

Shouldn’t that be protected by the 1st Amendment?

“Shouldn’t that be protected by the 1st Amendment?”

A critical thinking person would think that, wouldn’t they?

It’s just like any accusation or critical comment about Trump is protected by the First Amendment (as ruled by Courts), but if Trump says something critical or accuses the left of a crime, then the “Trump exception” obviously applies.
