The other “GREEN” energy producer that is responsible for the harvest of trees are wind mills. They all use BALSA wood for the interior of the blades. Balsa tress primarily grow in the Amazon rain forest.
So, the more wind mills built, the more Balsa trees cut down in the Amazon Rain forest.

Just another reason the USDA needs to be defunded and shuttered. I really wonder what percentage of the USDA budget actually goes to agriculture.
Every time I read about the department of Agriculture I think back to the chapter in PJ O’Rourke’s book Parliament of Whores. Where he talks about paying farmers NOT to grow crops and other completely asinine ideas from the government.
Losing the forests is definitely very bad for the world.
They are enemies of human existence and must be treated as such.

So dead trees release CO2. And the solution is what, according to envirowackos? Kill living trees?
If you remove millions of acres of plant life that utilizes CO2 and replace it with solar cells that do nothing to/with CO2, how is that better?

Why anyone listens to Gates who still cannot get over deciding to use ctrl-alt-delete to start the login on Windows is beyond me.
