Why do you post the most absurd Russian propaganda talking points? The damage in Belgorod was from falling Russian anti aircraft missiles and boosters.
If the impacts were launched by Ukrainians then Ukraine is operating east of Belgorod, which seems unlikely.
No need to try the Russian BS about targeting "NATO" when Russia attacks a hotel full of civilians. We all know that Russia targets aid workers and journalists, like they have done previously in Kherson and Kharkiv.

Russia’s 2020 nuclear doctrine sets out the conditions under which a Russian president would consider using a nuclear weapon: broadly as a response to an attack using nuclear or other weapons of mass destruction, or to the use of conventional weapons against Russia “when the very existence of the state is put under threat.”
The Russian president considers NATO encroachment in Ukraine and the NATO armed and trained Ukraine army in this war a threat to Russia’s existence, cuting Zelensky’s claim the war will end with Ukrainian tanks in the streets of Moscow.
That Ukraine used cluster bombs on a civilian population center is further evidence of this threat to Russia’s existence.
Russia is now deploying over a thousand newly produced cluster bomb rocket launchers similar to Himars, with a 70 km range.
The war changed with that attack on Belgrade. The gloves are coming off. Russia is going to force Ukraine back 70-120km from their positions currently in range of Belgrade, and Russia expects this to be the most bloody campaign in history. They are prepared to accomplish this before Putins election.
Ukraine has made a political gamble that if Putin cannot defend his civil population he will be defeated. Putin is going to unleash so much destruction upon Ukraine that every time Ukraine attacks a Russian city, he will put 10x the destruction on Ukraine.
Ukraine has no path to victory. The NAZI issue gives Putin justification to destroy the Ukraine military.
Ukraine is going to have to pull back, shorten their lines, save their men and equipment in hopes Biden’s reelected.
That 70-120km boarder area adjacent to Belgrade will see the most intense combat in modern history.
Yesterday Russian sources talked about how the Ukrainian cluster bomb attack on Belgrade would alter the war going forward.
