Just going to point out real quick- it's an objective reality that Gen Z has serious issues.

But it's the marxist @$$holes of the Boomer, Gen X, and Millenial generations that made them that way.

People, we're seeing the consequences of the Lefty takeover of the education system. Yeah, Gen Z sucks, but they were taught to be that way...

We MUST take back control of our educational institutions from the Left.

If we don't, the future is lost.

Locking down cities and the world and being forced or coerced into taking a vax to work kills the mood to work for some company that doesn't care about you. You're just a number to be replaced by a invader from another country or have AI do your job better.

Just read this. Sounded just like critiques I read about the Millenials 10-15 years ago. Also, descriptions of Gen-X initially sounded similar too.

Like ever generation, they will mature and be gradually ground down by the workplace routine.

It used to be older workers had problems getting jobs.
Now, they are in huge demand.
People after 50ty still know how to work hard. The younger people are, the less work they do, and more perks they demand.
Down until Generation Z, who just do nothing, but demand all kind of vacations, benefits, on job exercise rooms, showers, food, etc.

One of my Z kids lost his job when the employer went bankrupt. His boss called a friend and said “ hire this kid. He’s the best worker I ever had.” His interview was basically “ when can you start.”

He’s homeschooled and a trucker.

My others are just as motivated.

I had to hire for 2 technologists in our small company.

1-Any resume with pronouns I discarded without looking at

2- Also anyone from East Coast or Chicago I put at bottom of pile had no one from California wanting to come to small town Wisconsin

3-One showed up for interview with blue tinted hair...NEXT

4- looked at social media FB/instagram/twitter of others who interviewed- any social justice- black circle NEXT

Very happy to report the 2 kids hired are smart, motivated, and hard workers.

No we must not have intergenerational war. That is what the Comintern is trying to accomplish.

Don't bash Gen X, Y, Z. Show them the way.

They have legit gripes and absolutely have been abused by Boomers.

Did you "work your way through college," Mr. Boomer? Yes you see yourself as heroic for that. Well how in hell is a young person today going to do that when most leave college with the student loan debt equivalent of a mortgage to pay, in addition to the real mortgage they someday wish to assume?

And Boomers, you were not wet behind the ears and stupid and arrogant at work when you were young?

So bring the young along. Their real wages going forward are going to be much less than yours were, unless our debt gets fixed and

The far-and-away-best way to build our majority is to FLIP members of the other side. It's working with blacks and hispanics, slow but sure, as they respond to persuasion and reality.

Bring the youngsters along to our side. Don't make them permanent enemies. Show them what we know. It is hard to know without someone providing some one on one guidance, given the overwhelming communist media.

My limited exposure to this age cohort in the workplace reinforces many of the things that have been said in this article.

There’s a young female at a close friend’s workplace that could be a case study in this. She’s not stupid, but has the mental and emotional stability of a pre-teen girl. No motivation whatsoever. Constant drama about every interaction with co-workers. She’s about to get fired because she can’t even be relied on to work a full 40-hour week after eight months on the job.

She’s 22 years old and working in her FIFTH entry-level job.

She has the nerve to complain that she doesn’t get paid enough, too. LOL.

My son was born in 1997 so he’s generation Z. He’s a hard worker. In fact he got laid off and a week later already has a soft job offer on the table. I’m 59 and it took me 7 months to get another job. Granted I’m in the software business and he’s not.

He’s 26 now, got married, bought a house and has a son. In that order.

Since Walmart went to self checkout, all those blue haired cat ladies had to start stocking shelves.

Most people under 40 subscribe to the kenyan’s fundamental transformation and activism at all times mentality. No surprise they can’t function in the working world.
