.."No matter what happens, I did nothing wrong".. stated American Hero JOHNNY CHUNG just as his Court Hearing before Federal Judge MANUEL "Loose Cannon" REAL was due to commence 1/2 hour late in Los Angeles Federal Courthouse this morning.
...JOHNNY CHUNG had been brought to Court over his 3,000 hrs CHINA-GATE Probation Sentence brought by this Judge, that he has completed over 2,000 hrs of in 2 years, because his new Probation Supervising CAL-TRANS was refusing to assign him the Work that would finish his Probation Sentence. Confusing...? Not where CHINA-GATE and the Democrats in California State Government are concerned.
...Enter Judicial Watch's Judge Monitoring Program Manager and Former Los Angeles Prosecutor STERLING "ERNIE" NORRIS who filed to become JOHNNY's Associate Attorney to literally sit alongside his present Democrat FootSoldier Attorney BRIAN SUN..at JOHNNY's request.
...An understanding came during this Hearing between Att. SUN and the Prosecuting Asst. U.S. Attorney O'BRIEN, yes he of .."Just Call 911, Johnny".. & CHINA-GATE's KingPin JAMES RIADY .."Get out of Jail Free".. Hearing in March of 2001.
...In this understanding JOHNNY was taking responsibility for his part in a "Communications Breakdown" between he and CAL-TRANS. To which Judge REAL stated .."Things will be done my way, not JOHNNY CHUNG's way...!"
...In the end he ordered the Probation Dept to STOP treating Probationer JOHNNY CHUNG in any "Special Way" as it has been doing thru supervising CAL-TRANS' assigning a third party to keep track of JOHNNY's Probrationary hours ..because CAL-TRANS didn't want to. This had put JOHNNY CHUNG in the Middle ...probably by design ..as it stopped him from being assigned the Community Service Work he needed to do in order to finish his 3,000 hrs Probation ..earning him a trip to Los Angeles Federal Court. A Probation which is 7.5 times Federal Probation Guidlines as assigned by Judge REAL.
...A Good Crowd of 30 or 40 people was on hand in Court of JOHNNY's Supporters from his Church -&- YMCA he did Community Service in, his Family, Friends, Talk Radio Listeners -&- Freepers 'goldilucky' -&- 'ALOHA RONNIE' ...to support his and Judicial Watch's Fight for CHUNG's continued Freedom.

I live in Las Vegas and after I told Nellis Air Force base about it and also the Marine club here, they have been lurking and loving it. There are some other bases too lurking. I can post this in this thread about it , because I do not want to get them in trouble. Some of their wives are going to join FR so they can post too.

It's actually quite easy to determine which side the players are/were on in the impeachment wars.
The ones who are were on the "right" side (i.e. Clinton spearcatchers) get book deals and/or get-out-of-jail free cards.
The ones on the "wrong" side get prosecuted and/or bankrupted by lawsuits.
Considering that Chung nearly got nailed this week, I would say that he was on the "wrong" side. The "tokens in the meter" comment didn't sit well with Her Heinous. ;-)

I understand this rule of thumb. Works for me in most cases except three off the top of my head - Susan McDougal, Web Hubble and of course, Hillary's guy Vince Foster.
Yep. That made sense. I don't really have a dog in this fight although I tend to lean a little more heavy on anyone that was ever a Clinton enabler even if they have eventually come clean. As for Judicial Watch, well, I'll leave that for another thread. Even Chung has contributed some postitive things towards exposing Clinton.

Johnny and his family had been under FBI protection when his life was threatened. The former U.S. Attorney in L.A., Mike McCaul, thought Johnny was a hero because Johnny volunteered to help catch some Chicoms. At the last minute, a "higher up" called off the plan. All Johnny wanted to do was right the wrongs he had committed because he loves America.
My husband, a fine, brilliant and ethical man, has been working for almost a year with Johnny Chung and Judicial Watch's Ernie Norris. If Hubby didn't think Johnny was on the up-and-up, he wouldn't have anything to do with him or Judicial Watch.
Please do not make any derogatory remarks about Judicial Watch, singularly or collectively, or those who tirelessly volunteer their valuable time on behalf of Judicial Watch and/or its clients. I've spent more than a few evenings and weekends helping Hubby extract Johnny from his woes - all brought on him by a vindictive Dem.-controlled Probation Dept.
There are others here at FR who can tell you that Johnny worked tirelessly on behalf of the Long Beach Patriots when the Navy Base was about to be turned over to the Chicoms (read COSCO). Johnny is an American hero and a Patriot in every sense of the word. NEVER FORGET!!
