Here's the really funny thing: Remember the recent fundraising drive? Where they raised something like $80K in a few days? Well, if JimRob were to want to, he could raise money in a fundraising drive to stage a hostile takeover of Salon, and I'm willing to bet that within a few weeks he could buy up enough of their stock to force the issue! As of right now their market cap is around two million. That means that if you can spend more than one million dollars acquiring the stock, you would own a majority of the stock and you could take over Salon!

Please note that I'm not actually suggesting that he do this, I'm just pointing out that it could be done, and actually would not be that hard to do. Wouldn't that be the ultimate "neener-neener" to the libs?
