It was an absolutely great day at the Pentagon. Weather was fine and Patriots turned out in droves to pay homage to our fallen heroes and show support to our servicemen and women now in harm's way. I was the first to arrive, and frankly had been feeling a bit overwhelmed by what we are attempting to accomplish with the Patriots Rally for America. That said, as I stood alone on the knoll, Old Glory in hand, I reflected on what our country is going through, where I have been as a Marine in peace and in combat, what is important, and what is simply background noise. While I did not come up with any earth shattering revelations - I did feel a sense of peacefulness in the thought that what we will be doing on the grounds of the Washington Monument on 20 April is not only a good thing, it is the right thing. Sorry for the soapbox - as always visitors stopped by to ask why we are out there. Once we explained the why, the when, and the where they were very proud that American patriots would be out there laying it on the line for our great country. God Bless America!

Thank you for your weekly vigil at the Pentagon, Patriots! You make us all so proud. The pictures were fantastic! Amazing progress is being made on the Pentagon building.

To the gang in the D.C. Chapter, good luck on the 20th. Wish that I could be there with you in person, but like others across the country, we will be there in spirit. The pictures were great. Love that flag.

Two of the greatest symbols are the American flag and the Cross. They both are symbols for law and love - man and GOD's.

Right back at Arizona - best military assignment I had was at Ft. Huachuca (Sierra Vista). They even let Marines into Army schools then. Tombstone and Nogales were a blast. Thanks and see you guys next time you are back in D.C. - EAGLES UP!
