Japan. Taiwan. South Korea. Democracy, capitalism, and individual rights are not solely comprehensible by whites. And I find it interesting that Buchanan sees fit to classify that Christian, Spanish- and Portugese-speaking Hispanics as non-Western. Mexico is every bit as Western as the US. Not as free or as prosperous, but every bit as Western.
